Alana De La Garza was born in 1976 to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother. Her role has been popular actress on TV. Then she began moving to Texas to pursue an athletic therapy profession in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last long in Texas then moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles that included local independent films as well as global commercials. In spite of the minor role, she found that she was a performer with a passion. She then moved to New York in 2001 and got her first job in acting on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children which is a soap for the daytime. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she played tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her first big-screen series aired on The Mountain. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Milano. Her younger brother Cory was born 10 years older than her. She was raised in an environment that was strict and deeply religious.
